Riley entered the service contract industry in 2006 and quickly made his mark, becoming an equity partner in Utah’s largest locally owned home warranty company. By 2016, the company had grown to over 200 employees and was acquired by American Home Shield. He later became senior vice president of sales at Utah’s largest locally owned auto warranty company, giving him a rare, in-depth view of the industry from both home and auto perspectives.
In 2020, Riley founded Rev Dealer Resources, which now serves over 200 independent dealerships across the western U.S. He’s passionate about improving the customer experience and rethinking how people interact with warranty companies. Outside of work, Riley enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife of 20 years, Dede, and their four kids.
Serving the automotive industry since 2007, in dealerships all over the west – Nick Terry has seen it all.
His entrepreneurial spirit has guided him to dealerships big and small, from the one-man startup to stores with hundreds of monthly sales, Nick has a way of making them each feel as if they are his most important client.
A true man’s man & people person – yet Nick finds himself most at home on his 10 acre farm, teaching his kids the value of hard work and independence while feeding his pigs and cows or watching over his garden.
Lyle has been in sales and new market development for over 30 years working through out the U.S. and Canada.
He has held positions in after market part distribution, auto sales and started in service contracts around 12 years ago.
Lyle’s hobbies include doing what his wife tells him and squeezing in as much pickleball, golf and hiking as he can!

He’s also a key innovator behind many of our internal and dealer-facing tools, streamlining how we share data and track performance. With a knack for turning complex info into clear insights, Sam helps keep our team—and our dealers—a step ahead.
